
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has released the online application for Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE) 2026. This entrance exam is conducted for admission into various polytechnic (engineering) and paramedical diploma courses offered by government and private colleges across Bihar.
Eligible candidates can submit their application through the official BCECEB website between 19 March 2026 and 21 April 2026.
Applicants are advised to carefully read the official notification before filling out the form.

Eligibility Requirements
Polytechnic Engineering (PE)

Must have passed Class 10 (Matric) or equivalent.

Students appearing in 2026 are also eligible.
Paramedical (Matric Level – PMM)

Passed 10th with Science and English subjects.
Paramedical (Intermediate Level – PM)

Must have passed 12th (Science stream) with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics, and English.
Special conditions for courses like GNM, ANM, Pharmacy, Dental, etc.:

Some courses require minimum 40% marks in 12th

Nursing courses (GNM/ANM) are only for female candidates

Relaxation of marks is provided for SC/ST candidates

Vocational nursing students may also apply (if recognized)
Students appearing in the 2026 board exams are also eligible to apply.
